Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer FREE RETURNS within 30 days (calculated from the day you received the order). You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a bracelet you received from us breaks apart within a year from purchase date (due to a manufacturing defect), we will replace it for free.

If you choose an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost for the new bracelet (you are responsible just for the shipping of the returned bracelet).

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Bracelets purchased with a discount higher than 10% are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned bracelets must be sent back to us in the original product packaging
  • Returned bracelets must have no visible signs of wear 
  • Custom engraved bracelets cannot be refunded. They can only be exchanged for a different size or for a different rope colour, with the payment of an additional fee of 10 Euros (we would have to re-make the bracelet for you). This applies to all collections, with the exception of SIMPLICITY magnetic bracelets, that cannot be redone in any way (we cannot reuse the magnetic clasp)
  • Key-rings cannot be returned

What is the return procedure?

To initiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation email, to request which products you would like to return. Then please ship the returned item(s) to this address:

To help us complete your return, please include with the returned bracelet(s), the following information:

  • Full name, address and phone number
  • Order number 
  • Reason for the return (item too big/too small etc.) and what action do you request: refund, store credit or exchange

 If you want to make sure we receive the item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service.

What happens after we receive the returned bracelet(s)?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned bracelet(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All return and refund/exchange claims will be processed in maximum 5 working days (calculated from the day we receive your returned item). We reserve the right to reject return claims if the above conditions are not met.

If you are approved, then we will proceed according to your choice:

REFUND - Your refund will be processed, and a credit in the value of the bracelet(s) returned will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days. 

STORE CREDIT - We will issue a gift card (which you will receive on email) in the value of the item(s) returned. You will be able to use the gift card for any future purchases in the following 12 months.

EXCHANGE - If the bracelets are not engraved, then we will exchange them for a different size from the same model, with no additional charge (we will cover the shipping of the exchange bracelet and we will ship it within 1-3 days).

For custom engraved bracelets (or for older bracelets you want to give a new life to), we offer the Rope Replacement option - which means you can send us back the initial bracelet and we can change just the rope for it and make it smaller or bigger, for an additional cost of 10 euros. This does not apply to the Simplicity magnetic bracelets, since the magnetic clasp cannot be reused.
